Shilah Ann Mire

Shilah Mire, 42, beloved Daughter, Sister, and Mother, was called to her eternal resting place on October 20, 2024. Shilah, born on January 10, 1982 to Brenda and Myron Mire in Norfolk, VA, immediately brought joy and laughter into the world. 

She exemplified love to all she encountered. Her life was short, but her memory will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

Shilah was predeceased by her grandparents, Lance Mire, Anatole (Boze) Derouen, Antonio (Toni) Mire, and Tom Clark.

She is survived by her daughter, Aaliah Lombas; daughter, Aalaya Lombas; her mother, Brenda Mire; father, Myron Mire; sister, JoAnn Lacheny, sister, Sunday Landry, spouse of Sunday, Charles Landry; brother, Cory Mire, spouse of Cory, Trisha Mire; nephew, Bryce Segura, spouse of Bryce, Emily Segura; God daughter, Brooklyn Calvert, spouse of Brooklyn, Dayton Calvert; niece, Ashlyn Landry; niece, Sage Lacheny; and niece, Meagan Lacheny.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Twin City Funeral Home.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at Twin City Funeral Home.
