Susan Reed Domino

Susan Reed Domino, 62, a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away peacefully, Monday, February 8, 2021 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Susan was born September 29, 1958, in Plaquemine, the daughter of Frank Reed and Catherine Ledbetter Reed.

Susan was a sweet, loving, mother and grandmother; she lived for her family. She enjoyed going out to play Bingo whenever she could.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her two sons, Jason Reed Sr. and wife Brittany of Plaquemine, Kevin Domino Sr. and wife Shamone Carpenter of Saint Amant; daughter, Brandi Haynes and husband Chris of Baton Rouge; Susan’s significant other, Olus Parker of Baton Rouge; one brother, Frank Reed and wife Christine of Berwick; one sister, Karen Perez of Berwick; Jaylynn Henderson; who was like a sister to Susan; numerous grandchildren.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Catherine Reed; Gwendolyn Brasher, who was like a sister to Susan; two aunts, Florence Reed and Edna Lambert; uncle, Pete Ledbetter.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 12, 2021 at Twin City Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Friday, February 12, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services. After services, Susan will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
