William "Paul" F. Hillebran Jr.

William F. “Paul” Hillebran Jr., 74, a resident of Morgan City, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Paul was born on September 1, 1946 in Panama City, Florida the son of William F. “Bill” Hillebran Sr. and Julia Bexley.

Paul was a mechanic at Morgan City Rentals for 17 years, where he made many life long friendships. His family was everything to him and he cherished every moment that he was able to spend with them, but especially loved all the family get togethers where he could cook for everyone. Paul was a lifelong New Orleans Saints fan.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by three children, Cliff Hillebran and companion Amber of Patterson, Tana Savoy and husband Dale of Bayou Vista and Nicholas Hillebran of Morgan City; nine grandchildren, Sherry, Maegan, Caleb, Ashley, Aleisha, Savannah, Breanna, Tate and Noah; nine great grandchildren; one sister, Janie Beech of Mobile, Alabama; his beloved cat and fur baby, Pretty boy.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Bill Hillebran Sr. and Julia Bexley; two brothers, Charlie Entinkin and Billy Wayne Entinkin; two sisters, Nettie “Marie” Finney and Florence Hillebran.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 12, 2021 at Twin City Funeral Home with Rev. Chad Hebert officiating. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. and following the services, Paul will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
